Why do the Planters look different from the Pictures on the website?

We strive to ensure the pictures of our planters on the website accurately represent the actual products. However, variations in screen resolution and device settings may cause slight differences in appearance. Additionally, each planter is meticulously handcrafted without the use of machines or molds, making each piece unique.

Why does my planter look a bit faded?

Our planters are baked in a furnace at around 200 degrees Celsius as part of the manufacturing process. Staying true to our eco-friendly principles, we do not use any artificial paints. This ensures that the natural beauty intended by Mother Nature is preserved. Rest assured, with Swadeh, you receive an original, fresh product.

How will my planter be shipped without breaking?

We use sustainable packing materials such as coir to provide ample padding for our earthen products. In the unlikely event that your planter arrives broken, please refer to our refund policy for assistance.

How strong is my planter? How long will it last?

Although our planters are made of mud, the crafting process makes them very strong. Archaeologists have discovered mud artifacts in pristine condition thousands of years after their creation. Some of our planters are robust enough to support the weight of a fully grown adult.

Are these cracks on my planter?

No, our quality assurance process is thorough, and we do not ship defective products. However, some planters may have natural crevices formed during manufacturing, which do not compromise their strength or integrity.

How do I clean my planter?

For indoor planters, use a moist cloth to wipe off any accumulated dust. For outdoor planters, you can wash them under gentle running water using a soft-bristled brush.

Can my planter withstand the elements of nature?

Absolutely! Our planters can withstand extreme weather conditions, including scorching sun and heavy rains. However, in very windy conditions, it's advisable to plant them firmly into the ground to prevent them from being knocked over by strong winds.
